Sciarra Soprana Nero D’Avola Doc Sicilia

An elegant and complex wine, from a selection of the best grapes at Sciarra Soprana. Intense ruby red wine, with notes of mulberries, blackberries, cocoa and white pepper. On the palate, it is smooth and complex with an elegant spicy finish.
Wine Making

100% Nero d’Avola, handpicked at the end of august.

Destemming and alcoholic fermentation for twoweeks at about 24°C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in oak for 12 months and in bottle for another 12 months.

Lamb and game, braised meats, cheese platters.
