Our olive oil is produced from a selection of the finest olives, coming from the heart of the Sicilian hilly countryside.
Deep and brilliant green it has aromatic notes of green tomatoes, citrus,
artichokes and herbs with a very low acidity and a pleasant spicy
Great attention is given to the whole process from the picking of the
olives to the storage of the oil.
Our unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed from the finest Sicilian
Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola olives grown at 450 mt a.s.l. in the
Monreale area. The olives are carefully handpicked between October
and November and pressed within a few hours to ensure the freshness
and fruitiness of the oil.
After the continuous pressing, the oil is then kept in stainless steel vats
until it is bottled.
Drizzle on pasta, vegetables, grilled meats and fish or seafood just
before serving; try it with a pinch of salt for dipping bread.
For storage, keep in a dry and cool place.
